To keep costs down as much as possible for my customers, I ship exclusively with USPS.
Yes I do! I ship to almost all countries, please contact me if checkout says that I do not ship to you.
Packages are usually shipped out within 3 business days, and get delivered 3-7 business days after shipment. Tracking is sent after shipment to your email, and can also be found in your Account.
Delays with USPS can occur however, so please give the package 2 weeks after shipment before contacting me about the package being missing. It is very rare that a package actually gets lost.
I accept credit card payments through both Stripe and Paypal, as well as Paypal accounts directly. If you have issues with any of my payment methods, please let me know and I will get it fixed ASAP.
Short answer: we’ll try! Long answer: as long as your order hasn’t been shipped (if it was an item I have on hand) or has reached the printing process (for items I don’t have on hand), we should be able to cancel it. Please contact me at [email protected] to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
You do not. Having an account though, makes it easier to keep track of the order status, though you will receive the tracking number once the item has shipped via email either way.
If you have an account, you can check the status and tracking number of your order there. Otherwise keep an eye out for an email containing your tracking number.
